Veinspecialists.com was created for a general audience and does not knowingly collect or post information from children under the age of 13 without parental or a guardian consent. If a child under the age of 13 gives our office personal information, we may use that data to respond to inform him or her that we need parental consent. Vein Specialists of the South will not know knowingly collect or use children’s personal data for any purpose including third parties.

What Is Your Privacy Policy For The Secure Patient Login/Patient Portal?

As an additional service, Vein Specialists of the South, LLC has contracted with a third-party to provide administrative services to improve your experience with the Practice. To successfully use the Patient Portal, you will be required to give personal information beyond what is captured on the Vein Specialists website. If you elect use the Patient Portal, any information you provide will be available to the administrator of the program. By using the Patient Portal, you acknowledge that any data given to the third-party does not violate this Privacy Policy.
