Barbara Jones, OTR/L

Barbara is a certified Occupational Therapist specialized in treating Lymphedema. She began her education by attending the Medical College of Georgia and graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.

Barbara is certified as an Occupational Therapist by the State of Georgia and has been certified in Lymphedema therapy for over 20 years. Barbara has a special certification in Physical Agent Modality. She has spent most of her career working in the hospital environment. She has a certificate in Kinesio Taping. Most recently, she attended the 7th Annual Stroke Symposium at The Medical Center of Central Georgia and participated in the Annual Day of Medicine at Mercer.

When Barbara isn’t performing therapy or taking classes, she enjoys being outdoors. Barbara is an avid cook and fisherman, and likes to spend time in her garden.
