The Easy Access Referral Program is for patients who need immediate evaluation for possible
Deep or Superficial Vein Thrombosis (DVT/SVT).

Your patient can trust the results of our VSS vein care team.
Our vascular lab is accredited in venous evaluation and our ultrasound specialists are
experienced in the best ultrasound techniques in evaluating patients for SVT/DVT/vein disease.
We will see your patient and call you with the results.

What we need to know:

Brief history of the problem

Admits/Denies – fever, chest pains, shortness of breath

Vitals – blood pressure, heart rate, weight (BMI if known)

If after hours or if your patient is clinically unstable, please follow your emergency protocol and refer your patient to the closest medical facility for urgent evaluation and treatment.
