Payment Policy
Cash, Personal or cashier’s check, American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
FINANCING IS AVAILABLE Financing is available for the Physician’s surgical fees and any procedures our staff offers between the amounts $800-$20.000. If you would like more information and an application please ask our staff.
Appointment Policy
We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to postpone your surgery. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon but other patients as well. The doctor's time, as well as that of the operating room staff, is valuable and we request your courtesy and concern.
If you need to cancel your procedure after your preoperative visit but more than 10 business days before surgery, you are entitled to a full refund. We will refund your payment except for $100. 00 if you cancel within 10 business days.

Insurance Plans
We accept most insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your appointment to ensure that your visit will be covered and that all necessary referrals are in place. Bring your insurance card to your appointment and we will bill your plan for you.
